Last updated: 18 Sept 2024

1. Introduction
By using Mockmaster, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Mockmaster application.

3. Limited Access Software License with Termination Rights
The Mockmaster Software License grants users access to the platform’s functionalities based on subscription or one-time access. The license allows users to practice mock interviews and receive real-time feedback.
This license arrangement remains active as long as the user continues to comply with these terms, but the licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time. This termination may occur without prior notice or conditions, allowing the licensor to manage the distribution and usage of the software.

4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, Mockmaster cannot offer refunds or exchanges once access is granted.

5. Disclaimer
Mockmaster provides a platform to practice interviews and prepare for job opportunities. While we strive to offer accurate and realistic simulations, especially for premium-tier mock interviews, we do not guarantee that the interview processes will reflect the exact experiences of the companies you are applying to. The success of your interview process remains dependent on many factors outside our control.
It is not guaranteed that Mockmaster will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Mockmaster does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or other terms as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the software. Mockmaster shall not be liable for any loss of profit, indirect, special, or consequential damages, costs, or claims arising out of the use of the services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. If Mockmaster is found liable to you for any breach of this Agreement, its liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service. You hereby release Mockmaster from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.

7. Responsibilities
Mockmaster is not responsible for any content generated or actions taken by users during the use of the platform.

8. Price Adjustments
As Mockmaster evolves and additional features are introduced, the price of the service may change. However, any such changes will be communicated in advance, and existing users will retain access at their current rates until the next billing cycle.

9. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England. By using Mockmaster, you acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Mockmaster as a result of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Mockmaster. Furthermore, Mockmaster will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission made by you.

This policy is effective as of 15 Sept 2024.
